Kevin L. Tabaczka, PT, DPT, MS, CSCS 
Clinic Manager, Clinical Physical Therapist 

Kevin has been working hard as a clinic manager and clinical physical therapist at Dynamic Physical Therapy for the last 6 years.  His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science degree in physical therapy from Grand Valley State University.  Kevin also has a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine, FL.  Kevin's specialties include orthopedics of the spine and extremities, manual physical therapy, and the treatment of balance and dizziness disorders. 

Kelly Spoelma
Physical Therapist

Kelly has been a physical therapist with Dynamic Physical Therapy for 2 years. Her educational background includes a Master of Science degree in physical therapy from Grand Valley State Univeristy and a Bachelor's degree in health science, also from Grand Valley. She is currently working toward obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.� Kelly enjoys working with all types of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, working out and spending time outdoors with her family, and dog, Gibbard.

Monica Page
Physical Therapy Aid

For three and a half years we have been lucky to have Monica as a physical therapy aid.  She has completed some college and is currently working on her NSCA-CPT certification.  Her free time consists of spending time with family and friends reading, going to the beach, and working out.

Karen Sundbeck
Receptionist

Karen has been a receptionist with Dynamic Physical Therapy for two wonderful years.  She has a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree and loves living by Lake Michigan.  Her interests are softball, skiing, arts and crafts shows, stained glass, and camping.

Randy Hodges

Randy began working with us in the spring of 2006.  He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science.   He is NSCA-CPT Certified.   An Exercise Physiologist, Randy is currently working towards a degree as a PTA at Baker College.  He enjoys all sports, hunting and spending time with his family.

Gwen Nelson
Physical Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist

As a new employee at Dynamic Physical Therapy (having been here for 16 months), Gwen is fitting right in as a Physical Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist.  Her education includes her BS in physical therapy, national certification in therapeutic massage, and her certification as a lymphedema therapist.  Additionally, Gwen spends her time outside of work learning more about lymphedema and volunteering for various community activities that are close to her heart such as Relay for Life, team activities, school functions etc.

Kellie Rubin
Physical Therapist Assistant

Kellie has only been with us at Dynamic Physical Therapy for ten months, but her hard work as a physical therapist assistant hasn't gone unnoticed.  She has an Associate's degree in science from Baker College and specializes in orthopedic procedures: pre and post surgery and sports rehabilitation.
